We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 15 days on all sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with.When you receive the order. If the hair quality, color & length is not right, please e-mail us at flawlessbeauty461@gmail.com to initiate your return and we will be more than happy to assist you further.
- The items are not used, with its original status.
- Within 15 days counted from the day package delivered.
- The buyer bears shipping back cost, except when wrong items are sent or there’s obvious quality problem when delivered.
- The case that returning items without contacting the seller is not accepted.

3. Why are Flawless Beauty Extensions extensions non-returnable if opened?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option, because Flawless Beauty Extensions will not be responsible for lost returns. Note: please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
5. May I return my Flawless Beauty Extensions without contact you or getting an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization)?
